Buchi Sepacore® breaks up limits in preparative HPLC.
If high back pressure makes a separation in flash chromatography difficult, for example by running reversed phase chromatography applications, Sepacore breaks up the limits with its extended pressure range and guarantees a safe and fast separation. Rapid, automated changes between reversed phase and normal phase applications become possible due to the ingenious software and high system flexibility of Sepacore.
Transparent glass columns and hoses increase process safety in preparative HPLC. Large columns with wide diameters make it possible to clean up large sample amounts at high flow rates - and process costs are reduced as standard solvents can be used.
Its Sequential Module allows just that: a sequential run of up to five pre-loaded cartridges or columns for high throughputs.
