Remote Support
Sometimes it is very helpful for the BUCHI service staff to run a remote support session for software support. When you get asked to join such a remote support session, click on the tool which was requested by the staff. Follow the instructions to set up a session.
Remark: With these links you can't request support. Your service staff must be informed that you need support. Please contact the service center in your country, to get your remote support session.
Via internet, the service staff can observe or control your PC and check your BUCHI software installation and configuration. Your PC needs to be connected to the internet.
