Distillation Record – Memorize and illustrate your process data
Regardless, whether you work in a pharma, academia or environmental laboratory, or you analyze food, feed or beverages: If you need to store and visualize your distillation process data you will benefit from the unique BUCHI Distillation Record Software.
On a Rotavapor® System R-210/215 with Vacuum Controller V-850/855, Vacuum Pump V-700, V710 and Recirculating Chiller F-1XX the following parameters are recorded:

Full supervising
Connect any Vacuum Controller V-850, V-855 (Firmware >3.01) to a PC with Windows XP/ Windows 7 via the USB and record all the relevant process data. You can start and stop the recording of the data manually via the Software or you can configure the program to automatically record every distillation process.
Never miss a distillation
It automatically begins recording as soon as the start button is pressed on the Vacuum Controller. With this function you will never miss a distillation. The newly created files are sort by time and date and can easily be saved with an individual name for later use.
Export and analyze
Export all data as comma separated values (CSV file) for further analysis in a spreadsheet program e.g. Excel. Additionally you can save the recorded files on a local or network drive. It is also possible to generate a PDF report which can be configured to your individual needs, showing only the data you are interested in.
Full online monitoring of the evaporation process
Online view of the chart for immediate interaction. Activate the charts you need and deactivate the others. Have all information ready at a glance - the minimum and maximum statistics gives you a quick overview of the actual record.
Industrial Rotavapor R-220 SE
The software works with every R-220 SE instrument. With a industrial Rotavapor, a V-710 Vacuum Pump and the F-125 Recirculating Chiller you have a complete and mobile system. In combination with the software you also have full monitoring over your process parameters, e.g. cooling temperature of the recirculating chiller or pump speed.

The demo version shows a watermark in the background of every report. Also the export of the raw data is not possible. There is no time limitation or registration needed to use the software.
